Hello! My name is Zahra Mitchell-Hooda. Although I was born in Chicago, Illinois, I consider myself a Texan through and through! My teaching background includes traditional preschool and Montessori, and I have loved melding the two to be able to create a thriving environment for all children! I took some time off to be at home with my three boys but had continued to volunteer my time in a program that focuses on creating quality early childhood education for children in developing countries. This year I am so excited to be able to be a part of the Custer Road Christian Day School team and work with some amazing teachers and kiddos!
